In this time of the virus I have been teaching by zoom. It has worked surprisingly well. Recently I did do a private lesson outdoors with mask and distancing that went very well hopefully we can add more of those. Stay safe and well

We are particularly excited to welcome Rick Barrett back for another workshop on April 15th. This will be a push hands workshop titled "Push Hands for Lovers". This points to Rick's teaching of a martial art NOT based on aggression. But don't be fooled. This is very effective as demonstrated by the fact that Rick was both a National and World Push Hands Champion. It is an energetic conversation.
