Congrats to all our softball players competing in the CIAC State tournament.

The Bacon Academy Lady Bobcats had an amazing season with an overall record of 21-5 , they won the ECC championship, and made it to the CIAC State semifinals. Great job ladies, especially to our three Bearcats players!

Good Luck to Hale Ray as they take on St. Paul Catholic tonight in their semifinal at Eastern Connecticut State University!

BEARCATS ACCOLADE

As the high school season kicks off with pitchers and catchers this upcoming weekend, I wanted to acknowledge three of our original Bearcats from the first team (9u) back in 2017. Ethan Creutz, Nick Gilman, and Robby Corraro have been named the baseball captains for the 2026 season at Bacon Academy.

These three players, along with Junior Matty Galante from the first Bearcats team, will be looking to repeat as ECC champions this season. We are very proud of the players, and more importantly the young men of character that you have developed into. Good luck this season!!!
