Single Leg Press : 2x10e-12 each
Lat Pulldown : 2x8-10
Incline Press : 2x8-10
Single Leg Curl : 2x10-12 each

8 Sets total so you can get right back to drinking at the pool ๐Ÿคฃ๐ŸŠโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Chest & Back Workout :

Flat Press : Barbell or Dumbbell doesnโ€™t really matter.

Bent DB Row : Straight Bar or T-bar are fine substitutes if you donโ€™t have an EZ Curl bar like I am using here. I would recommend trying the EZ Curl bar for rows if it is available to you.

Incline Alternating Press : Dumbbell or Kettlebells are best for this alternating press variation. One arm stays pressed to the ceiling throughout the entire set as the other โ€œworkingโ€ arm moves.

Lat Pullover : Cable pullovers are a fine substitute if the DB variation Im using is too aggressive. I would suggest to start lighter than you think you would need if you do attempt the dumbbell pullover variation.
