Start with a dead tennis ball 10 times then switch to a regular tennis ball 10 times. Regular tennis ball will make you react quicker. Toe tennis ball toward body, flip up, tap ball down on forehand (with no bounce), then after ball rebounds off floor quickly tap it back down on your backhand and then one time in the air. Good luck!
