Boys Wrestling Open Mat starts Tuesday 9/22. Every Tuesday going forward from 3:30-5pm open to 7-12 Grade.
Location: High School Wrestling Room.

Boys Wrestling lifting with Coach Libardi starts 9/17. Tuesday’s and Thursday 2:30pm-3:15pm. If you’re not participating in a fall sport it is recommended to get in the weight room. Season starts in 2 months!

Columbia wrestlers Emelia Merhige and Zoe Perrotti are out in Indiana at the USA Wrestling National Duals representing team New York. Both picked up some good wins for NY in freestyle and will wrestle Greco tomorrow!
