Today we celebrate the heart behind Bovée Pilates. ❤️

Happy Birthday, Ahmé.

If you know Ahmé Bovée, you know she doesn’t just teach Pilates.
She teaches a way of being.
A way of showing up for others.
A way of moving through life with strength and grace.
A way of leading with heart.

She has this incredible way of seeing potential in people before they even see it in themselves cheering them on, believing in them, and helping them rise higher than they thought possible.

Whether she’s doing cartwheels on the beaches of the Bahamas, teaching in the studio, or soaking up moments with family, she reminds all of us that life only gets richer when you keep moving, growing, and fully embracing every adventure.

And honestly… she makes 51 look pretty incredible. 🎂
