Sunday & Wednesday
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM

Sundays at Grand Forks Central
Wednesday at Valley Middle School

$80 for all practices
$40 for Sundays only

Parent Meeting: Sunday August 30 5:00 PM Grand Forks Central Wrestling Room.

USA Wrestling Athlete Membership required to practice.
Memberships for the 2026-2027 USA season go on sale August 21.
