Our 1 & 2 year olds are having SO much fun exploring our rodeo-themed stations this month! From riding like a cowboy to climbing, balancing, and tumbling, there’s lots of fun (and learning!) happening in the gym. 🐴🤸‍♀️

✨ Sparkle Stars are working hard on their foundational gymnastics skills!

H mastered her backward roll this week! Just look at those strong arms pushing her all the way to the finish. 💪

A backward roll with proper form is harder than it looks! It takes a lot of strength, body control, a tight tuck, and the ability to push through the arms to finish the roll.

We are so proud of her hard work! ⭐️

Our Youth Stunt Camp is coming November 14! 🎉

Coach Faith & Coach Brenden will be working with athletes ages 7–12 on stunt skills, strength, teamwork, and confidence—all while having a TON of fun! 🤸‍♀️💪

⭐️ BONUS FOR CURRENT 5TH GRADERS: This camp is a great opportunity to start preparing for middle school cheer tryouts and build the strength, skills, and confidence they’ll need!

💥 STUNT CAMP RECAP! 💥

We had an incredible group of Middle & High School athletes come together from Gilmer, Fannin, Union & Pickens counties — with 6 different schools represented! 🙌

They spent the day building strength, learning new stunts, working as a team, and having WAY too much fun with our conditioning stunts! 💪🤸‍♀️

Now it’s time for the younger athletes! 👀
