Psimet Racing Bicycle Racing Organization based in the greater Chicagoland Area. Heavily involved in all aspects of racing and a large part of the local racing community

Whether it is a Road race, Gravel races, Track, Time Trials or crit, we will be there to race or support them all. One of Illinois's largest and most represented teams since 2010 with riders in at all levels and all disciplines. New riders interested in joining should stop by the ubiquitous PSIMET tent at any local race and ask about joining!

This Saturday, June 14th is the 2nd round of our popular Sprinters Dream Omnium Series!

The Saturday Sprinters Dream Omnium series is one of our most popular events. Started by resident sprinter and all-around good guy, Josh Ryan, this event offers a low-key and laid back environment designed around everything sprinters love. The day starts out with all racers doing a flying 200 m TT for seeding. Racers are subdivided into match sprint groups (A, B, C, etc., number of groups dependent on turnout) based on those times. You will sprint against people of similar 200 m times in a format designed to expose you to multiple sprints against different people, so you can get the most out of the day. We end the day with 2 short, sprint focused mass start events.

Registration:
$20 adults, $15 juniors (18 and under)

Racing begins at 9:30 AM. Racing usually runs to about 2 or 3 pm, depending on turnout.

Dates: 5/17, 6/14, 7/12
No rain dates
Open to all racers
USAC license is NOT required

Held under ATRA permit

What a great weekend of racing! We racked podiums in both the women’s and men’s(wide angle podium). Suellen raced a category or two above her normal level and competed in the 3-4 years old age group despite the fact that her second birthday is still a couple weeks away!
