On Thursday evening, Captain Charles Carroll and "First Mate" Shawney Carroll were recognized for their continued dedication to the service men and women even after their retirement. Their close friend Terry Clen presented them a plaque for their continuous support in the efforts to touch the lives of Cape Cod veterans. Thank you guys for all you do, we love you!!
