Please review this info before you arrive:

The warm‑up is posted here and at the gym. The warm-up will be self-paced, so come in with enough time to warm up so you are ready to move. Not to worry, there will be coaches available to help you if you need them.

Doors open at 7:30am.
8:00am Murph: briefing at 7:55, go time at 8:00.
9:15am Murph: briefing just before, go time at 9:15.

Class sizes are capped for equipment safety and availability, so make sure you’re signed up. If 8am fills, the next available start is 9:15.

All scaling options available, including partner Murph.
