Fit at 50? This is what it looks like. 👀👇
The final 90-day challenge photos are IN, and with my 50th birthday coming up this September, I had a point to prove: Age is just a number, and it is never too late to reinvent your body and mind.
I managed to torch body fat and pack on lean muscle without making my life miserable. Here’s the exact formula I used:
🏋️♂️ 60-Min Workouts: Just 3 days a week of intense resistance training, progressing the intensity and shortening rest times.
🍷 Balanced Nutrition: Clean eating + a flexible 16:8 fasting routine. No starving. Yes, I still had my weekly wine and cheat meals!
🧬 Smart Recovery: Optimized my results with a disciplined peptide protocol (Sermorelin, BPC-157, and low-dose Semaglutide) to supercharge recovery and sustain great habits.
I’m not looking to stand on a stage—I’m looking to feel vibrant, energetic, and strong. The next phase is pushing the limits until September, and then maintaining this high-performance vehicle until I’m 100. 🏎️💨
