Family Day is Tomorrow!

Join us for a fun-filled day at the fields as we celebrate our baseball and softball families!

From 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM, we'll have:
Gaming Truck
Bounce Houses (12-4)
Face Painting
Home Run Derby

Don't miss the exciting 7/8 Division Championship Game taking place from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM as two teams battle it out for the title!

The snack stand will be open all day, so come hungry and enjoy some great food while cheering on the players and taking part in the festivities.

We are also still looking for volunteers to fill a few remaining Workbond shifts. If you haven't completed your requirement yet and can lend a hand, please sign up for an available shift.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the fields for a great day of baseball, softball, and family fun!

Congratulations to our 9/10 Division Champions, Team Burke — the Bananas!

What a fantastic championship game between two talented, determined, and passionate teams. Both teams played their hearts out and showcased everything that makes our league special.

A huge congratulations as well to our runners-up, Team Sperber — the Bomb Pops!

Thank you to all the players, coaches, and families for making this such a memorable season. Great job, everyone!

On Sunday the 10U Grizzlies took home the 10U Central NJ Softball Championship in a great game against Lincroft Lightning 5-4. I couldn't be prouder of the work this group has put in to accomplish this goal they set back in early April. It took each and every one of them to win this game!

The middle of the lineups bats were on fire Reyna S and Evelyn B each drove in two runs on multiple hits with Amelia A driving in one run. Lanie Z, Giada M, Brielle S, and Holly W all produced hits in the game to get the runners in scoring position.

The defense played well against their hard hitting bats! Erin N, Addie D, Isabella M, Amani C locked down the outfield with each of these girls making plays at some point in the game. Mila S had a few great plays at 3rd base, most importantly in the top of the 6th when she fielded a hard hit ball down the line and threw out a speedy runner at 1st. The game ending play was one I personally never seen before, where Amelia A made a running catch in the outfield and collided with another player, but hung onto the ball for the win!

Pitching was key in the win- Brielle S surrendered two hits and zero runs over two and one-third innings, striking out six and only walking one! Giada M started and ended the game in the circle, only allowing 3 hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out seven and walking only two girls. Giada also earned her 100th strikeout for the spring season during the game, which is an amazing accomplishment!

It was a great way to finish the Spring season for these Grizzlies! I can't wait to see what the summer will bring! Keep it up girls!

It may not feel like it, but June is almost here which means the end of our rec season is fast approaching. Come join us on June 6th for our Family Day and the close of the spring rec season. We will have the 7/8 division championship game at 11am. Join us for the last games of the season as well as some fun activities!

⚾️ Somerset Patriots Night is almost here! ⚾️

Join us on Friday, June 12th for what’s sure to be an amazing evening at the ballpark with our baseball family! We’re excited to see everyone coming out for a fun night of baseball, great memories, and community spirit.

A limited number of tickets are still available! If you’d still like to attend and haven’t secured your tickets yet, don’t wait they’re going fast and expected to sell out soon.

Tickets can be purchased directly at the snack stand. We can’t wait to see everyone there for a great night with the Somerset Patriots!
