Not every day in the gym is going to be your best day, and that is completely fine.

Your 100% effort today might look completely different than your 100% effort last week due to sleep, stress, or work. True progress doesn’t come from only training when you feel perfect. It comes from showing up consistently and giving whatever maximum you have today.

If you show up tired but still give your absolute best for that hour, you won the day.

Stop waiting for the perfect conditions. Lock in, give today's 100%, and keep moving forward! 🤜🤛

CrossFit isn't about doing the craziest movement on the board; it’s about finding the right stimulus for your body today. Pulling from the floor builds the exact same lat, grip, and core strength as climbing to the ceiling...just with total control.

From Across the Street to Leading the Floor.

If there’s anyone who represents the roots of Yadkin CrossFit, it’s Jenny. She grew up right across the street from where our facility stands today! But Jenny’s connection to this box goes far deeper than geography. She knows firsthand what it means to rebuild your body from the ground up, having used CrossFit to navigate her own recovery through postpartum and major knee surgery. 🤱🩹

On this Memorial Day, we remember those who gave their lives so that we may continue to live ours.

This past weekend, our community took on 'Murph.' We sweated, we struggled, and we pushed through the dark places together. But the ultimate way to honor their sacrifice doesn't end when the timer stops—it’s how we live when we walk out those doors.

It’s choosing to be good people. To help others. To set a standard of excellence for our children.

We honor them by taking care of each other. Lifting each other up when they need it, and having the humility to be lifted up by others when you need it.

They gave everything so we could have the freedom to build a better world. Live well. Live with purpose.

Murph 2026 at Yadkin CrossFit was a success! First Heat full of coaches- 9 am class was full of athletes ready to tackle the challenge! Lots of good food was had afterward!
