Pilates in not only for the weak and injured, it’s for everyone! Every body needs endurance and strength from their muscles. Pilates helps with the endurance part of life. Imagine yourself standing and talking with someone or cooking those holiday dinners. How long does it take before your back, legs, and feet start to fatigue? With the muscular endurance gains you get from Pilates, standing, walking, and daily activities are so much easier to do without having to rest a lot or experiencing the aches of tired muscles.
