Last month our run club crew was challenged to set a goal for the month of the number of miles they’d like to achieve. Happy to say the majority of us hit our goal even with cold weather days, Spring Break vacations, and illnesses. Way to go guys!!
April’s challenge is to set a one-session goal for the longest uninterrupted run/walk combo you’d like to achieve during the month.
