Christa may be fairly new to our AURORA SHiNES community, but she didn’t need much time to make an impression! We absolutely love the energy she brings to class, her enthusiasm, and the way she jumps right in and has FUN with us. 💃

Being a SHiNING STAR isn’t about how many classes you’ve taken — it’s about the energy you bring when you walk through the door and the way you contribute to the community around you.

✨ Just a little SHiNE sparkle for your feed! ✨

Every once in a while, the instructor team gets together, turns up the music, and records a routine just because... well... it's FUN! 💃🎶

This time, we couldn't resist dancing to "Shimmer" by Meghan Trainor. It's high energy, full of attitude, and one of those routines that leaves you smiling from start to finish.

One of my favorite parts of being on this team is getting to share moments like these. We laugh, we dance, we cheer each other on, and we have a blast doing what we love.

I hope this video makes you smile—and maybe even inspires you to come dance with us sometime. Because trust me... it's even more fun in person. 💖

This month we’re celebrating someone who has become such a wonderful part of our UPLIFT community... congratulations, Alena! 🎉💙

Alena shows up consistently, puts in the work, and always brings a positive attitude to class. One of my favorite things is seeing her share the experience with her daughter. There’s something really special about making fitness a family affair, and it’s been so much fun watching them grow stronger together.

Thank you, Alena, for your dedication, your hard work, and for being such an encouraging part of our community. We’re so grateful you’re on this journey with us, and we can’t wait to see what you accomplish next!

😂 Behind every polished dance video is... complete chaos. 😂🌬️💃

You saw the finished version of *Mexico*... now it's time to see what it actually took to make it happen. 😆

First, there was the mad dash to get everyone into position before their part started. 🏃‍♀️💨

Then... Mother Nature decided she wanted a starring role too. 🌬️😂 Hair in our faces, hair in our mouths, hair doing things we didn't know hair could do... the wind definitely had other plans!

Thankfully, we don't take ourselves too seriously. Around here, the bloopers are just as fun as the final product. 💖

Huge shoutout to this incredible team for always being willing to laugh, roll with it, and make memories together. That's what Aurora SHiNEs is all about. 💃✨

If you’ve been to UPLIFT, chances are you’ve seen Cathy putting in the work and getting stronger one rep at a time. 💪 She’s a familiar face in our UPLIFT classes and whenever she can sneak away for some dancing, you’ll find her in SHiNE too! 💃✨

One of the best parts of this community is getting to know the amazing people who walk through our doors, and Cathy is definitely one of them. We’re so grateful she’s part of the Aurora SHiNEs family. 💖
