As women age, hormonal changes can make fasting or skipping meals more challenging. It can lead to low energy, disrupted sleep, and hormone imbalances.
🥗 A smarter approach: Eat according to your circadian rhythm. Focus on having balanced meals through out the day. Focus on protein! Have more calories earlier in the day when your body can use it most efficiently.

LEARNING and *GROWING ————Boundaries aren’t optional 🛑✨
When your body forces you to stop, you realize quickly, how much you’ve been carrying… and how little of it was actually yours to hold 💭💛
I’ve always tried to be the one who shows up 🙋‍♀️
For my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
For my clients 💪
For anyone who needed me 🤝
But the truth is this:
If you’re not healthy, grounded, and supported yourself, you can’t keep pouring into everyone else 🌱❤️
Not sustainably.
Not authentically.
Not without breaking somewhere in the process ⚡
Yesterday was my first Thanksgiving where I truly paused 🧘‍♀️🍂
I honored my boundaries, let the day unfold, and just was, without pressure, without overextending, without doing more than I could or WANTED 💛✨
This chapter has taught me that boundaries are a form of self-respect 💖 and a form of love for the people who depend on you 🌟. Because when you protect your energy, your health, and your peace… you show up better everywhere else 🌸
Going forward, I’m choosing limits ✨
I’m choosing rest 🛌
I’m choosing to take care of me first , not last 💪💛
Not out of selfishness, but out of necessity 🌿
Because the strongest version of me is the one who knows when to say “not right now” 🚪💫. Have you looked at your boundaries lately ?

✨ A Different Kind of Update ✨
A few weeks ago, my world stopped. An emergency laparotomy and a near-death experience forced me into a place I never expected to be physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Recovery has been slow, uncomfortable, humbling, and honestly, life-altering. But here’s what I know for sure: this moment will shape me, not define me.
I’m moving forward one day, one breath, one tiny victory at a time. Slow and steady is still progress. I’m learning to honor my body, listen differently, and appreciate every piece of strength I didn’t know I had.
If you’re going through something hard medical, emotional, or otherwise,please hear this:
You are not broken. You are becoming.
Setbacks don’t mean you’re defeated, and healing doesn’t have to look pretty to be powerful.
I’ll get back to myself again… maybe even a stronger, more grounded version. And you will too. Keep going. 💛✨ forward
