BEEP....BEEP...BEEP...BEEP this just in...we are looking for 11 breakout trucks. We have a racer who has agreed to donate $10.00 to the winner and pay second places entry if we can get to a B-main in the breakout truck class...That means we need 11 total trucks...Right now we have 4 - 5 definite entries so that means we only need about 5 more.

Just a friendly reminder about this weekends racing! The weather looks great so far! We should have a great crowd on hand. I know we will have a strong group of Monster Locked cars, as well as the 1/4 scale guys hanging out with us. I'm also hearing there should be a good group of breakout trucks this weekend.

Don't forget about the special promotion going on in the 8.0 second breakout truck class. Just a $10.00 entry fee and you will be racing for a 20.00 gift card every week. So come on out and enjoy the 8.0 breakout truck class (the tightest racing in RC).

ATTENTION ALL RACERS (PLEASE READ):

We are always trying to provide you with the best racing experience. Whether it is our off-road program, our paved oval, or our dirt oval program. We strive to provide you the racers with the absolute best racing experience possible every week! With that being said, We will now only be racing on SATURDAY'S.

***Oval (Dirt and Paved) will race every 1st and 3rd Saturday
***OFF-ROAD will race every 2nd and 4th Saturday

Our reason for this decision is two fold, many racers have a hard time making it to race on a Friday night after work, and also we have very few out of town visitors that have shared their desire to come race with us. With that being said, hopefully our new BI-Weekly Schedule will help us continue to grow, but above all it allows us more time to prepare every week for one track vs three. We feel it will result in a better program and a better experience for you the racer.

Attention ALL oval racers

Don't forget that we are racing on Friday night this week(JULY 10th)...This is a combined paved/dirt oval program. So come on out and beat the heat and get your night race on.

Signups: 6 pm-7 pm
Drivers Meeting: 7:15 pm
Racing will start at 7:30 pm SHARP

We will run 2 heats and 1 main event.
Entry Fee: $15 (first class) $10 (second class) $5 (third class)

I'm looking for my 8.0 breakout truck crowd...where are you guys at. I miss me some breakout truck racing. Bring them on guys we only need 3 to have a race!

I heard a rumor there should be a good 1/4 scale crowd...Those of you who like to see the modified's run at Bowman Gray might want to check this weekends racing out.

RACE WEEK IS BACK...

Hey Oval Racers, it's race week. Remember we will be running 1/4 scales and 1/10th scale electric this weekend. We have some friends coming from out of town to hang out with us and race 1/4 scales so let's make them feel welcome! We will have our normal 1/2 hour practice windows. The track will open at 9 am for practice!

***Top of the hour to the bottom will be 1/10th scale practice ( ex
9 am - 9:30 am, 10 am - 10:30, 11 am - 11:30 am)***

***Bottom of the hour to the top will be 1/4 scale practice (example
9:30 am to 10 am, 10:30 am - 11 am, 11:30 am - Noon )

Signups will open at 11. Drivers meeting at 12:15 and Racing will start at 12:30.

Congrats to Sam Presnell for taking down his 2nd win in a row on our most recent 1/4 scale weekend. Sam took his #32 Sign One Pontiac GTO to the win after a hard battle with Tim Smith in the #5 Haas CNC Chevy. Both ran some fast laps but as the laps winded down, Sam's car held on to it's speed just a little bit longer as he outlasted the 5 car for the win! Great racing guys!
