Saturday's Small Group Fitness Session was a great success!
We had a fantastic mix of current clients and new faces. The feedback was exactly what I hoped for:

✅ Fun atmosphere
✅ Great workout
✅ Chance to meet new people
✅ Challenging, but not overwhelming

One of my favorite comments was that participants enjoyed connecting with others while getting in a quality workout.

Okay, let’s talk movement—because the only thing worse than eating too much during the holidays is sitting still after eating too much.

Quick Tip: Sign up for a Reindeer Run to start your day off with friends. Or you can opt for a casual walk with your family and friends after dinner. Nothing fancy, just a stroll around the neighborhood or through the park to help with digestion (and burn off those extra mashed potato calories). Plus, it’s a fun way to get some fresh air, chat with family, and avoid falling asleep on the couch halfway through the holiday special. 🎄

Pro Tip: IF you end up at a holiday party? No problem—just channel your inner Ilona Maher from Dancing With The Stars. You don’t have to be a pro, just get your body moving!
