Merry Christmas!! Me and my herd praying you have a beautiful Holiday Season!!! It’s been a crazy year for sure but 2021 is coming soon and I will be back to doing retreats!!! Need to get away??? Think about a retreat here on 450 acres ....with my equine friends.....a true place of healing mind, body and soul!!!! May and October see my website for details or PM me!!! I’m now not only an equine facilitator but a Master 500 hour YogaFaith Instructor and Ambassador and working on my YogaFaith Therapy program as well as writing programs for Therapy on Chakras and my program here I teach. Cuteness!!! My new girls!! Maybe our new hand shake or hugs!! Just sayin!! May the God of Peace be with you this week!!! May you know that God is not surprised about all of this and its up to us to keep calm because the fear of all this is a bigger killer than the virus itself. For every crises is an opportunity to grow and prosper. It’s our time to show God that we’ve been doing the work and ready to rest and trust in Him and be His beacon of light helping others all the while being wise. Being mindful to as how all the news is effecting you mentally and physically?? I’ve noticed my back is tight and I want to sleep a lot to escape....first point of correcting these things that come against us is to notice!!! That takes the power away!! Confessing every day “God you said you have sheltered us under your wings and no virus will come into our homes” (Ps 91) Stand on his word...keep doing all the things you love....post any updates on your current situation or fears so we can be in prayer and agreement!!! And in days to come I will be offering some virus tools to have in your tool box if Mr. Corona comes your way and if it does praying it’s Light Corona !! Ha Ha maybe I should‘ t joke but we should still keep our humor!!! Hugs and Love
