Welcome Home, Eagles! 🌏✈🇪🇸

What an amazing opportunity for our students to travel to Spain and experience its rich culture, history, and traditions firsthand. Highlights from their unforgettable trip include:

• ✈️ Traveling from home to Madrid and exploring the historic Plaza Mayor.
• 🏰 Visiting Toledo, including a guided walking tour, Toledo Cathedral, Santo Tomé Church, and a historic synagogue.
• 🎨 Exploring Madrid with a guided city tour, a visit to the Prado Museum, and enjoying a traditional Flamenco dinner and show.
• 🏛️ Traveling through Segovia, touring the famous Alcázar and Segovia Cathedral, before continuing on to Salamanca.
• 👑 Visiting the Valley of Cuelgamuros and the Royal Monastery of El Escorial before boarding Spain’s high-speed AVE train to Barcelona.
• 🌆 Discovering the beauty of Barcelona, including visits to Parc Güell and the breathtaking Sagrada Familia.
• ⛰️ Taking an excursion to Montserrat and visiting the beautiful Basilica of Montserrat.
• 🍫 Enjoying authentic Spanish food, tapas, churros, and countless cultural experiences along the way.
• 🤝 Creating lifelong memories, building friendships, and experiencing a new culture through travel and learning.

After a few travel hiccups, delayed flights, and some last-minute transportation adjustments, our Spain travelers made it to Chicago on time, caught their flight, and have officially landed in Spain!

We are so proud of their patience and flexibility throughout the journey. Now it's time to enjoy this incredible adventure, create lifelong memories, and experience all that Spain has to offer. Have an amazing trip! 🇺🇸✈🇪🇸

**PLAYOFF UPDATE - GIRLS SOCCER**

Due to the risk of inclement weather and our opponent driving from 3.5 hours away, we are moving our home soccer regional game to Rhinelander and the Dome will be our backup location. The game will begin @ 4:00PM!

Admission (no passes accepted) per WIAA:
$6 per student and adult
$1 for those under 6 years of age
