Towering Pines Camp For Boys Two legendary names in summer camp education and personal growth. One tradition shared by both. Trails through the forests beckon the hiker and rider.

Towering Pines and Woodland are a fun-filled, family operated, summer camp team for boys and girls (separately) located near Eagle River, Wisconsin in the heart of the American Legion State Forest. Together, the Jordan family of educators has been providing kids with one great summer after another for more than 65 years. Towering Pines occupies an 450+ acre site with over 7,000 feet of shore line

between two spring fed lakes: Nokomis and Paradise. Crystal clear water with sandy beaches is ideal for our outstanding aquatics programs. It is from the majestic pines, towering and stately, that the camp takes it's name. Our facilities have been developed to provide complete recreation and camping opportunities for 100 boys ages 7 to 14 and a leadership training program for boys ages 15 and 16. Camp Woodland occupies an 84 acre site on the shores of Sand Lake in the heart of the American Legion State Forest. Our waterfront, framed with birch trees, has 1500 feet of sand beach ideal for our outstanding aquatics programs. Our Climax Forest, one of the few remaining hemlock forests in the state, provides an incredible resource for our trail riders and nature explorers. Our facilities have been developed to provide complete recreation and camping opportunities for 70 girls ages 7 to 14 and a leadership training program for girls ages 15 and 16.

We are jumping for joy that Julian is going to spend his 9️⃣th summer at Towering Pines! Woot woot! 🤸🏻‍♂️🎉

💚 What have I been up to lately? I've been busy with school, and I recently joined a renewable energy research program. 📚

💚 I am mostly looking forward to getting back to those early trick ski mornings and celebrating TP's 8️⃣0️⃣th birthday!

💚 My favorite part about camp is being surrounded by nature and getting to spend time with all my friends. 🌲🌞🙌🫶

Can you believe it? We get Thomas back for his 12th summer at Towering Pines and his 2️⃣nd summer as a counselor!

🟢 What have I been up to lately? I just finished my freshman year of college at Indiana University where I've joined a fraternity and a few super cool clubs. 🙌🏻

🟢 I'm looking forward to seeing my friends and being in the Northwoods again. 🌲🌞

🟢 My favorite part about camp is all of the amazing people and memories! 💚
