Are you leaving your fitness classes feeling like you are learning something, or do you never know what to expect? This month our Strength Circuits are focusing on the Push/Pull/Leg training model so that you feel confident in compound movements and will leave knowing how to independently piece together strength training workouts of your own. Things happening for May! The focus for this month is strength and foundations. Our classes will center around Push-Pull-Leg days and focus on fundamental exercises that we can supplement and grow from. Don't worry--we will still use the spin bikes for cardio conditioning! But May's goal is to give you a strong understanding of how compound movements work and how they can work FOR you in your weightloss and body recomposition goals!

We are back with SPIN + Strength tomorrow at 845AM ♥️ ****SPRING CLEANING**** If you have any gently used household/kitchen items, clothes, or toys you’d like to clear out, please bring them to class! I’ll be bringing them to a local ATIC and they will be donated later.
