Good gosh all mighty! This incredibly stupid idiotic looney tunes caper continues! Duct tape! Duct Tape on these tortilla rolling pins they want to place in the river. If they got injured in transport, can you imagine what the sun and the river will do to these waist of money buoys after being in the water for a while!

Keeping youth in tune with Nature!

06/03/2026

It's time to petition the state to remove those shipping containers and the rest of the nature damaging items away from Shelby Park. We are working on freeing Shelby Park with the EPBC along with trying to get some sponsors for KAYAKING 101 lessons in June. Stay tuned!

Sad state of affairs! Without any environmental impact study or concern about the incredible ecological damage these devices will cause in the Rio Grande and communities who rely on the river as their only water source, the Feds are taking a cue from our Gubner! All federal protections for the environment have been decimated by our DHS on the premises of National Security, 500 miles of buoys from Amistad - Brownsville. They have started in the Big Bend area too, major areas of Big Bend & Amistad Reservoir will not be accessible to the people of the state of Texas. Thank you Gubner! If you are concern about this, exercise your right to vote! Your vote is your voice. (photo credit- Ms. Bekah Hinojosa- Brownsville,TX)
