The 2026 cross country season is officially here! We invite all athletes and parents to attend our Winn Cross Country Parent Meeting to learn about the upcoming season, expectations, schedules, communication, and important information.

C.C. Winn High School Cross Country – 2026 Season Begins July 27! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The official start of the 2026 C.C Winn High School Cross Country season is Monday, July 27!

Whether you’re a returning runner or interested in joining the team for the first time, we’re excited to kick off another great season.

Practice Information
📍 CC Winn High School
🕖 7:00 AM

Before attending your first practice, all athletes must have:
✅ A current athletic physical
✅ All Rank One online forms completed

Athletes with incomplete paperwork will not be allowed to participate until all required documents have been submitted.

Cross Country is open to all C.C Winn High School boys and girls. No prior experience is necessary—just bring a willingness to work hard, improve, and be part of a team committed to excellence.

Mavericks XC summer training starts Monday, June 1, 2026.

📍 Location (June 1–4): Patsy Winn Sports Complex

We encourage all junior high and high school cross country runners to attend and take advantage of this great opportunity to build fitness, improve performance, and prepare for the upcoming season.

Let's celebrate a momentous occasion for CC Winn XC as Megan Picazo takes a significant step forward in her athletic journey by signing her letter of intent to join the Texas Lutheran cross-country team this fall. Her coaches and teammates stand proud, acknowledging the remarkable season she's had, and we wish her continued success on this new chapter. Way to go, Megan!
