🚨TRAINING SPOTS ARE ALREADY FILLING UP🚨

The support has been unreal🙏🏾

I’m either cooking in the summer heat or freezing in the winter, but every time athletes show up ready to work — not complain, not chill, but grind — it reminds me why I do this‼️

If you’re out here sacrificing teenage comfort for growth, discipline, and development… you’re different‼️
You’re built for it‼️

And to the parents — you’ve been the backbone since day one.

What WRs should LEARN & UNDERSTAND:
- Angles vs. DBs ➡️ Minipulate DBs hips to open upfield & laterally.
- Tempos ➡️ Slow pace/Twitch Pace.
- Set ups ➡️ Making one thing look like another.
- EXIT angles for WRs ➡️ 90 angles vs. 45 angles.

UNDERSTAND THESE MAIN POINTS AND YOULL FIND YOURSELF OPEN SIGNIFICANTLY MORE📈📈📈

M.I.L.E is an acronym for “Make It Look EZ”✔️

My style of play as a player was smooth and almost effortless looking (glider), so when I made a play I shouldn’t have made my teammates would say, “You made that look easy!”

Now, as a trainer my job is to pass along the same things that helped me become successful, pass along the MANY of losses I took, and to help athletes reach their highest potential🫡
