We have officially joined IOWA GOLF Reciprocal for the 2026 season! If you have paid your membership dues feel free to stop in and get signed up for a reciprocal card. This card will allow you to play 50+ courses for just a cart rental.

Be sure to call and schedule a tee time at these courses and make sure you are going on days that the courses have listed as participating days.

Be sure to follow Iowa Golf Reciprocal on Facebook for updates on participating courses. If you have a question reach out to a board member.

We are 3 weeks away from our Memorial Day Tournament. Last year we had 32 teams participate and currently sitting at 22 teams, so there is still plenty of room to get added. This tournament is unique due to the use of tee times instead of a shotgun start. Sign up now before it’s too late.

Good luck to the boys and girls golf teams as they kick off their seasons tomorrow at Spring Valley!

We will be hosting 4 meets this year:
Monday, April 13th at 4pm
Friday, May 1st at 4pm
Monday, May 4th at 4pm
Thursday, May 7th at 12pm

The course will be closed 90 minutes prior to these events, but everyone is welcome to come watch and support our local golf teams.

The course is officially open to the public!! We were waiting on the delivery of the new rental carts and they are finally here.

We know the weather forecast the rest of the week doesn’t look the greatest but we will be open as long as the temp is above 50° for green fees.

Kay and the Pop’s team have been hard at work on some renovations in the clubhouse and have a few last minute things they are finishing but they are there and ready to serve.

Clubhouse hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9am-close
Friday-Sunday: 8am-close

Reminder we are having Course Clean Up this Saturday starting at 10am. Weather looks promising with a high around 60°. Any and all volunteers would be appreciated picking up sticks and raking leaves. The more hands we have the faster the work goes. Students looking for Dollars for Scholars hours we’d be happy to sign for those as well!

Edit: The clubhouse will be open to serve food and drinks to those that volunteer.

A few people have reached out about opening day of the course and unfortunately the answer is the course will remain closed for now. We know it’s going to be warm this weekend but the course is still very wet. We are all wanting to get back out there with you but also don’t want to tear up the course.

Next Saturday, March 28th we are planning to have course cleanup. We will try to start at 10am weather permitting. Any and all volunteers would be appreciated as we clean up the mess left from winter.

There is a chance we are able to open the course after course clean up but we will send out another post to confirm opening day.
