➰️ Trio Starter sets available but are limited to only 3, so jump on those while you can! You get a ball, a thigh band, and a stretchy band for cool stuff we do. 😉

I'M BACK!! And ready for some UpBeat Barre!!! What do you guys think?!? 🤗

Classes will change this summer so stayed tuned and plugged into Mighty Networks to get the latest. As of next week, classes will start:

Monday 9am - June 1st
Tuesday 9am - 2nd
Wednesday 9am - 3rd
Thursday 9am - 4th

There will be afternoon and evening classes and I WANT your input as well. Please comment a time you would like to see, no matter what time, I just want to know a ballpark. I love and miss ALL of you and can't wait to share this next program with you! Get ready! You are Perfect!!! 💪🏼
