Happy Fathers Day to all the dads who make what we do possible! Thank you for allowing us to be apart of your kids lives and wrestling journeys, we couldn’t be more grateful. Your kids success in this sport starts with you!! Happy Father’s Day to our own: Coach Daniel, Coach Frank, Coach Martin, Coach David. You guys are the best role models to the Grindhouse family and to your own families!

Thank you to everyone that made it out to the scrap today! We learned some technique, got to work with some different partners, and most importantly we all had a great time! Be on the lookout for our next scrap!

This saturday Grindhouse Mountain will be hosting a live scrap right here in northern Arizona!!
2 sessions
Each session will consist of 1 hour of warmup and technique then 1 more hour of live wrestling!
1.5 hour lunch break in between
Come ready to scrap!
Free for Grindhouse club members
$20 for everyone else!!
