The Red River Ruffians are headed to Duluth/Superior for Lake Superior 7s on July 11.

Another Fargo–Moorhead side, the Ruffians bring a different look to the Men’s Division — organized, aggressive, and comfortable playing a fast 7s tempo when space opens up.

They join a growing Men’s field that’s starting to take shape ahead of July 11 on the shores of Lake Superior.

🏉 LAKE SUPERIOR 7s TEAM SPOTLIGHT 🏉

We’re excited to welcome the Red River Roughriders to the Women’s+ Division at Lake Superior 7s on July 11.

Coming out of the Fargo–Moorhead rugby community, the Roughriders have built a reputation for playing hard, staying connected to the ball, and bringing a steady physical edge that travels well in 7s.

They’ll be joining us in the Twin Ports for a full day of rugby on the shores of Lake Superior as the Women’s+ field continues to take shape.

The Men's Division continues to grow!

We're excited to welcome the Reapers to Lake Superior 7s on July 11.

Representing a club with deep Midwest rugby roots, the Reapers bring a competitive 7s tradition, a strong rugby culture, and the kind of grit you'd expect from a team making the trip to the shores of Lake Superior.

With more than 180 athletes expected to take the pitch, Lake Superior 7s is shaping up to be an incredible day of rugby in the Twin Ports.

Please join us in welcoming the Chippewa Valley Vipers to the Women's+ Division of Lake Superior 7s!

Based in western Wisconsin, the Vipers have quickly become an important part of the region's rugby community, creating opportunities for women to compete, learn the game, and build lasting connections through rugby.

We're excited to have them make the trip north and take the pitch in Duluth/Superior on July 11 alongside teams from across the Midwest.

The Men's Division is getting even stronger!

Please join us in welcoming Metropolis Rugby Football Club to Lake Superior 7s on July 11.

As one of Minnesota's largest and most established rugby clubs, Metropolis brings a long history of competitive rugby and a deep presence in the Midwest rugby community. Based in Northeast Minneapolis, they field multiple competitive and social sides and are sure to add plenty of talent and intensity to this year's tournament.

With more than 180 athletes expected to take the pitch, Lake Superior 7s is shaping up to be an incredible day of rugby on the shores of Lake Superior.
