Kick Start Martial Arts is proud to present LifeFlow with Kellie, who is a certified LifeFlow Coach. Kellie, along with her husband, Paul, own, manage, and teach at Kick Start. They also have 2 busy boys that train in the Martial Arts as well.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have closed our current location. I am working on a new location to carry on the LifeFlow Fusion Yoga Program...stay tuned!

Due to a couple schedule conflicts, here are the remaining dates and times for the month of March for
LifeFlow Fusion Yoga:
Thur. March 12th - 7pm
Tue. March 17th - 7:15pm
Tue. March 24th - 7:15pm
We will return to our regular class schedule starting Thur. April 2 at 7pm.
