Nationals 2026 did not disappoint!

On Friday, our squad competed against teams from across the United States and finished 81st overall, shooting 461/500 and missed qualifying for the Championship round by just ONE clay. We also saw some incredible shooting, including 25 straightsfrom Elias Daugherty, Joe Rippie, Mason Stockdale, and two 25 straights from Bella Blaz!

On Saturday, our athletes competed in the individual qualifiers with some outstanding performances:

☘️Bella Blaz- 11th (Female division), 97/100
☘️Josefine Eibner – 183rd (Female division), 84/100

☘️Elias Daugherty – 171st (Male division), 97/100
☘️Will McMenomy – 371st (Male division), 95/100
☘️Joe Bryan – 407th (Male division), 94/100
☘️Mason Stockdale – 410th (Male division), 94/100
☘️Joe Rippie – 785th (Male division), 91/100
☘️Joe Buggi – 1,014th (Male division), 89/100
☘️Sam Gorvin – 1,019th (Male division), 89/100

Saturday also brought more 25 straights from Bella Blaz, Joe Bryan, Elias Daugherty, Will McMenomy, and two more from Mason Stockdale!

On Sunday, the top 404 individual athletes in the nation advanced to the Championship round. Rosemount was proudly represented by:

☘️Will McMenomy – 330th in male division, 91/100
☘️Elias Daugherty – 340th in male division, 90/100
☘️Bella Blaz – 21st in the female division, 95/100

Championship Sunday also featured 25 straights from Elias Daugherty and Bella Blaz!

We’re incredibly proud of every athlete who represented Rosemount on the national stage. From a solid performance in the team competition to watching our athletes compete among the nation’s best, this weekend was filled with amazing performances, unforgettable memories, and plenty to celebrate.

Congratulations to everyone on an outstanding Nationals! We can’t wait to do it all again next year.

Today was an impressive day at the state championship shoot! As a team of five, they shot a 476/500 landing us in 12th place. Elias Daugherty shot a perfect 100/100, Bella Blaz shot a 50 straight, and Joe Rippie shot 50 straight.

Out of our 3 individuals shooting today, Joe Buggi shot two 25 straights finishing 72nd with a 92/100. Joe Bryan shot a 93/100 finishing 68th place. Bella Blaz shot one 25 and one 50 straight finishing in 2nd place with a 99/100.

The Rosemount Irish had an impressive showing at the state tournament in Alexandria this week!

Perfect Scores:
Josefine Eibner-25 straight
Bella Blaz-50 straight
Elias Daugherty-25 straight
Sam McMenomy-25 straight
Hunter Stevens-25 straight

Highlights:
Our varsity squad took 3rd place with a 479/500 and qualified for the state championship on friday. Individually, in the female JV category, Miranda Arnold took 4th with a 86/100. In the varsity female category, Bella Blaz took 2nd place with a 98/100 and Josefine Eibner took 6th with a 94/100. As for varsity males, Elias Daugherty took 8th place with a 98/100.
