Last night’s 'If You Build It' High School Series brought another memorable night of baseball to the new professional ballpark at the Field of Dreams ⚾

Cascade and Beckman faced off in a varsity doubleheader, with Game 1 going 10 innings before Cascade earned a 5-4 victory.

Cascade completed the sweep in Game 2 with a 16-3 win in 5 innings.

Another historic night at the Field of Dreams.

History was made tonight at the Field of Dreams.

The first game of the inaugural "If You Build It" High School Series was played at the new professional ballpark as Western Dubuque faced Clinton.

Western Dubuque earned the first victory with an 11-1 win over Clinton.

The series continues tomorrow night as Beckman and Cascade, two local rivals with a rich tradition of baseball, take the field for another memorable matchup.

We are monitoring weather conditions closely and will share updates if anything changes. Any schedule or operational adjustments will be communicated as soon as they are confirmed.

Tomorrow night kicks off the “If You Build It” High School Series at our new professional ballpark! Which matchup are you most excited to see?

Here are a few helpful reminders:
• Game time is 5:00 PM each day. Gates open 90 minutes prior.
• Tickets can be purchased at the gate. We will accept cash only for day-of admission, priced at $10. After entry, the ballpark is completely cashless.
• Clear bags up to 12" x 12" x 6" are permitted. Non-clear bags must be 6.5" x 4.5" or smaller.
• Concessions and Field of Dreams merchandise will be available.
• The Dugout will be open for fans to enjoy before the game.

The Roberto Clemente Foundation is bringing a special two-day celebration to the Field of Dreams honoring the legacy of Roberto Clemente through baseball, community, and giving back.

Friday, June 19 features an evening reception at the iconic movie site with a Q&A with the Ghost Players, silent and live auctions, and appearances by Roberto Clemente Jr. and Luis Clemente, with Gary Dolphin serving as MC.

Saturday, June 20 includes the Little Legends 21 Day of Play for kids ages 5–10 on the MLB field, followed by the Ghost Players’ “Greatest Show on Dirt.”

Every ticket sold helps support the ongoing work of the Roberto Clemente Foundation and its commitment to serving children, families, and communities in need.
