✨❤️ WHAT A NIGHT TO REMEMBER! Pt.2❤️✨
Saturday night was truly AMAZING! Our very first Future City Inaugural Red Carpet Event & Dance was filled with smiles, laughter, dancing, creativity, inspiration, and so many unforgettable memories. 🎉✨
From the red carpet walk to the art exhibits and the dance floor, it was beautiful to see individuals of all abilities come together, shine brightly, and celebrate what makes each of us special. ❤️
A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out and made this night so special — our participants, families, volunteers, supporters, artists, and everyone who helped bring this vision to life. You made our first event one we will never forget!🥰

🌞 Summer Feeding Program: End of Summer Update! 🌞

What an AMAZING summer it has been! 💙 We have officially wrapped up our Summer Feeding Program, and we are so grateful for all the memories, lessons, laughter, and friendships made along the way!

Throughout the summer, our participants enjoyed nutritious meals, fun activities, informational sessions, and many opportunities to learn and grow. We went to the splash pad a couple times, had a movie day, as well as had a field day. It has been so rewarding to watch the kids participate, ask questions, learn new skills, and enjoy themselves throughout the program. 📚🍎

We were blessed to have so many wonderful guests come out and pour into our kids! We had a visit from the fire department, Mr. Terrell from the UTM Extension Office, as well as three additional members from the UTM Extension Office who came and shared their time and knowledge with our participants. We also had a visit from PADD. They came and taught the kids about what mental health was and got the kids to draw what makes them happy when they feel down on a fabric piece for the community quilt.

We also had a special CPR information session where the kids learned the importance of CPR and, most importantly, that they can help save a life! ❤️ Learning these skills and knowing that even our young people can make a difference was such an important part of our summer.

And of course, we had to end the summer with some FUN! 🌺🌴☀️ Our kids enjoyed an End-of-Summer Hawaiian Luau, complete with fun, laughter, and plenty of memories to wrap up an incredible summer! 🎉🍍

We also want to give a huge thank you to EVERYONE who came out, volunteered, donated, taught a lesson, or simply supported our program. We truly appreciate you!

A HUGE thank you to all of our parents, volunteers, staff, community partners, and everyone who helped make this program possible. Your support made a difference!

Most importantly, thank you to all of our amazing kids for making this summer so special. 💙 We hope you leave with new knowledge, new skills, great memories, and excitement for what’s ahead!

🎒What an Incredible Day! 🎒

Our Back 2 School Kickoff Fest was an amazing success! Because of the generosity of our community, we were able to provide school supplies and backpacks to over 100 children! Seeing all of the smiling faces made every bit of hard work worth it.
