I'm putting together an 8 week Summer Fitness Challenge (starting March 30) for anyone wanting to lose bodyfat, build muscle, or just move and feel better.
There will be 3 different programs that I'll be creating:
1)Fat loss
2)Muscle building
3)Corrective exercise/mobility
Workouts, accountability, and a facebook group where we keep each other on track.
Entry will be $60, and half of everything raised will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
I figured if I'm gonna have us work hard for this Summer, we might as well do some good while we're at it.
