I'm putting together an 8 week Summer Fitness Challenge (starting March 30) for anyone wanting to lose bodyfat, build muscle, or just move and feel better.

There will be 3 different programs that I'll be creating:
1)Fat loss
2)Muscle building
3)Corrective exercise/mobility

Workouts, accountability, and a facebook group where we keep each other on track.

Entry will be $60, and half of everything raised will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

I figured if I'm gonna have us work hard for this Summer, we might as well do some good while we're at it.

The Consistency Project

I’ve moved my in-person training to the Memphis, TN area, but I still want to work with a small group of people I can trust to stay disciplined for this experiment.

So I’m opening up The Consistency Project, a 6 week virtual coaching experience limited to 10 people so I can coach it properly.

This isn’t a New Year reset or a quick fix. It’s for people who want structure, accountability, and a plan that actually fits real life.

You’ll get custom tailored workouts, realistic nutrition guidance, and consistent check ins so adjustments are made based on your schedule, stress, and goals.

This is for people just getting back into training and for experienced lifters who want better rhythm and consistency going into the new year.

A few friends of mine have been asking for times that work better with busy work and family schedules, so I’m opening up my coaching hours to include early mornings starting at 6AM and evening training after 6PM. I am also adding weekends from 7AM to 2PM.

Huge shoutout to my friend Margaret Pride who’s been putting in serious work since February. She’s down 50 pounds of body fat, her strength and endurance have skyrocketed, and her whole outlook on fitness and nutrition has done a complete 180. 💪💪💪

It hasn’t been easy, but she’s shown up, trusted the process, and kept moving forward every step of the way. Watching her confidence and energy grow has been incredible. Super proud of what you've done so far and I look forward to the next 50. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
