I am so happy that I was able to watch Olivia finish out her club volleyball career this past weekend! She did so well, especially considering the fact that she had 3 separate medical setbacks within the span of a month. Despite those set backs, she was able to contribute to their 7-1 5th place finish in Gold. I am incredibly proud of her, not just for the work she put in during this season, but throughout her entire club experience. She has never been satisfied with her abilities or level of play, and has always worked to try to improve. On that note, there's never been a stagnant season where she hasn't progressed, she's always made noticeable progress both athletically and technically. It has been so nice to see and be a part of her growth over this time period and I am looking forward to watching that trend continue as she transitions to collegiate volleyball!

I am a little late to post, but I made it out to the Nutcracker on Sunday. Always great to watch this guy! I cannot overstate how little I knew or appreciated just how athletic and impressive these dancers are in their craft. The way he is able to blend power, grace, and control into seamless, fluid motion is really something to see. This was also the first time I got to see Kaileah perform in person and it was really nice to see them partner together. Proud of them both. Great show!

It has been such a great experience working with Amy for these past 5 years. Over that time she's helped me grow so much, as both a Trainer and as a PTA. I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to work with and alongside her, and I hope I get the chance to do so again in the future. Thank you for everything, Amy!

Moments like these are the reason I wouldn't want to be in any other profession. Olivia has been working with me for a few months shy of 5 years, and ever since the very beginning she knew she wanted play at the collegiate level. She was picking out colleges before she and her parents had even picked which high school she was going to attend. Throughout this time she has not once faltered and has never stopped working hard to achieve her goal. All of that work paid off this week when she signed to play at Gannon University! It was so nice to be able to see her take this step and I could not be more proud of her. Congratulations, Puppy! Violet Helfen

I’ve been absent from here for a good while, but this seems like a good post to return with. This week I got to watch Frost play the final game of her senior college season, capping off her volleyball career. After working with her since just before she turned 12, all the way up until now, the ending of this final game felt surreal. It is definitely bittersweet sweet as even though I am sad to know I’ll never get to watch her play again, I am happy that I was able to work with her for almost her entire journey. And it was both amazing to see, and rewarding to be able to help with, the development that she’s had over all these years. I have enjoyed working with you and I am very proud of you, Little Grumpy.
