From The Children, To The Parents, Teachers And Directors, We Can Never Begin To Tell Everyone How Thankful We Are To Each And Everyone Of You And How Much We Love You All, So Very Much. As Many Of You Know, This Year Has Been Difficult To Say The Least, And The Circumstances Have Made It Very Difficult To Keep The Doors Open. COVID-19 Has Changed America, But It Has Especially Changed The World As We Know It For Small Businesses. We Ask You All, Help Keep Your Neighborhood Businesses Around. Support Them. Love Them. Let’s talk “Safe Landings”. We at Tumblebear Gymnastics make it a point to teach safe body management skills with all of our movements. Learning how to properly land when jumping, dismounting and even falling (along with nearly every other skill in gymnastics) is essential. We love to have fun and we love to stay safe 🤸🏻‍♀️

Happy Wednesday! Today we wanted to highlight a stetch that you may have seen us do before with our students. Every movement that we practice is to assist in more complex moves and help with injury prevention as well.

The seated straddle will provide a great stretch through your hamstrings, inner thighs, torso, shoulders, back, calves and feet. Since each person’s body and level of flexibility is different, your straddle stretch will improve with practice and open your hips.
