We have 4 times for all fitness levels and our 10:15 masters class is geared towards those 65+! And dont stress! ALL workouts can be modified to fit your abilities!

Yesterday’s Annual Sweaty Sweater Run was an absolute blast, and it wouldn’t have been possible without every single one of you who showed up and showed out!

To our amazing runners, dedicated volunteers, Santa & Mrs. Claus, Dwight Police & EMS, Public Works, and everyone who kept things running smoothly—we truly can’t thank you enough. ❤️
