Overcoming my own excuses was and continues to be my biggest challenge. That’s why I coach. Getting healthy is not a destination; it’s a lifestyle. And I keep working at it.
5+ years ago I was stuck in the mindset that my clinically obese weight was just how it was going to be. That was my 40 year old mom body. But I was tired of my joints hurting, tired of having no energy, tired of reflux, and tired of feeling like I had given up.
I needed something, someone, to keep me accountable! I obviously wasn't doing it myself.
I decided to go all in. I said yes to coaching 🙋🏻♀️. I wasn’t a trainer. I wasn’t a nutritionist. I had everything to learn.
I didn’t decide to coach because I thought I had any idea how to coach others on their fitness and nutrition journey or because I wanted to build an empire 💰, but because I knew if I INVITED people to JOIN ME in my journey, we could keep each other accountable and HAVE FUN doing it.
5+ years later, so much has changed!
🤩I have more energy! 🔥
🤩I eat (and enjoy) vegetables...whaaat?! 🥦
🤩 I workout nearly every day (from zero workouts for YEARS) 💪🏻
🤩 I love the woman I have become. Although I still have nutrition and health goals, I have built a network of gentle accountability and support all around me to keep me putting one foot (and one vegetable) in front of another.
Saying yes to this opportunity is the BEST thing I have ever done for myself. I'm sharing about it LIVE for the first time on Zoom this Sunday at 7pm EST.
Does this story sound like yours? Maybe there's something in it for you too? Hang with me for a bit on Sunday and see what it's all about.
Busy? That's ok! I'll send you the recording after.
