South Shore Sea Dragons An artistic swim team located in south eastern Massachusetts with recreational and competitive programs for all ages

The South Shore Sea Dragons were founded by Aimee Sears-Sutton and Kerri Moran - both alumni of the Wheaton College Synchronized Swim Team and the Swogjan Synchro Swim Club. Artistic swimming is a unique sport that requires a combination of overall body strength and agility, grace and beauty, split-second timing, musical interpretation, stamina and dramatic flair. Spectators have been awed by the grace and power of artistic swimming since the inception of the sport in the early 1900s. The South Shore Sea Dragons have programs for children, teens & adults. Not only did support our Try-It Nights in September, but they also helped advance the education and training of our coaches.

Through the foundation's support, our club was able to certify Ava as a new Level 1 coach. This season, she stepped into a leadership role, coaching and mentoring our Novice competitive team.

We were also able to advance our head coach Kerri's training to a level 3 certification. With this additional education and support, Kerri led our first group of athletes to the Junior Olympics this season - an exciting milestone for our club!

Please follow and support and as they invest not only in our national team on the road to LA28, but also in grassroots programs like ours that are growing the next generation of artistic swimmers. 💛💚

Did you know we offer Try-It Nights each season for prospective swimmers? ⭐🏊‍♀️

Thanks to the generous support of and , we were able to offer two Try-It Nights in September 2025, giving new swimmers the opportunity to experience the fun and excitement of artistic swimming.

So proud of these six amazing athletes! In their very first season competing at this level—and their first season together as a team—they achieved something special. Four swimmers from the Sea Dragons and two from the Lyonfish came together, put in countless hours of hard work, stayed dedicated, and made it happen.

Congratulations, girls! Your determination, teamwork, and commitment truly paid off. Way to go! 🩵
