Duxbury has a strong tradition of a great youth lacrosse program.
Our mission is to teach the game to Duxbury’s boys while having a lot of fun and learning excellent lacrosse fundamentals. The program has something for players of all abilities from first-time players to boys entering their 8th season. Email [email protected] with questions.
The Duxbury Youth Lacrosse (DYL) program was established in 1988, one of Massachusetts' oldest programs. Each year between 35 and 55 boys have started and learned to play the game through the program. Today, DYL has over 360 youth players and about 1,950 alumni. The program also has had hundreds of volunteer coaches…some past players are current coaches!
Spring Season is April through early-June
Practice 2 nights a week / Games from April 7 to June 2

Join us for the 2ND Annual Duxbury Youth Lacrosse GOLF outing 🥍⛳️. It's taking place at the North Hill Country Club in Duxbury on Friday, October 27th, with a shotgun start at 1:00 PM. The cost is $100 per golfer and that includes 9 holes of golf, a cart, post-golf eats (provided by Locales Tacos y Tequila 🌮), and more!

PLL Pro Lacrosse Training with Nick Marrocco and Mark Cockerton - Duxbury, MA - Monday, 9/18. Where: Keene Street Fields ( Walter Kopke Park ) Duxbury, MA

When:
1st - 8th Grade - 5PM-7PM ( 90 minute training followed by a 30 minute picture/autograph/giveaway session )

Who: Designed for lacrosse players in 1st through 8th grade. Lacrosse training sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don't worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement - regardless of our skill level today. Sessions will be segmented by age-group, with middle-school and youth groups competing separately. This will ensure an appropriate matching of skill.

A group of non-captain student-athletes from nearly all 33 high school sports have formed a group that seeks to give high school athletes opportunities for leadership growth using sports as their medium. On August 24 from 5-7pm they are hosting a Skills & Drills program for 2nd -7thgraders which is entirely of their own design.

Kids conceived the idea, pitched it to the Booster Board, made the schedule, worked with the school scheduler, etc. Let's get our boys and their siblings out there to have fun and do something sports oriented.

Duxbury High School Student Athletic Boosters Board is hosting a DHS Varsity Skills & Drills session next Thursday, Aug, 24 from 5-7pm on the HS turf. The event is for 2nd-7th graders. This is a great time to get a few hours to yourself before school starts. This is NOT Lacrosse specific and is intended for all young athletes.

Duxbury Youth Lacrosse was ready for the 4th of July parade! 45 kids (wearing their jerseys and carrying their sticks) and 7 coaches were about 2 hours away from hitting the street to represent the program. It would have been quite a scene. Looks like we’ll just have to wait until next year! 🥍💪🐉
