Jupiter and Saturn conjoin each other in the 0° of Aquarius, an event known as the Great Conjunction. This is a 20 year cycle that has moved through the earth signs for the past two centuries, but now changes over to the air element for the next two. Today is also the winter solstice, the Sun having moved into Capricorn early this morning.

Folks, today is a big fu***ng deal. The Great Conjunction acts as a massive cosmic reset for humanity. Jupiter, the principle of expansion, meets Saturn, the principle of contraction, and balance is restored. But what does that look like? Well the answer is going to vary based on where this falls in your natal chart. But for the collective, we may see some serious turbulence in the immediate future, before the Aquarian vibe really takes hold in February. When these guys meet up, Saturn tends to dominate at first. This is because his cycle is longer, nearly 30 years. Jupiter, who only takes 12 years to orbit the Sun, has been through Aquarius twice since the last time Saturn was here in the early 90’s. As such, Jupiter’s expansive energy got a head start; Saturn, fresh off his Pluto connection earlier this year, is going to yank him back pretty hard, methinks.

There’s entirely too much going on with this aspect for me to fit here, so I’ve written a short e-book about it, that you can find in my shop. It pays to know where this energy is hitting your chart, because the changes you will experience in the coming months and years are immeasurable. The Age of Aquarius is upon us. And not a moment too soon ♒️
