Our Summer Speed & Agility Program at Big Rock Sports Fields officially starts tomorrow,
Monday, June 8th—it’s FREE and open to all community kids in grades 2 through 8!

We’ve partnered with Bryan Carroll, founder of Summit For Wellness, to lead these dynamic
sessions. Bryan specializes in youth performance training and brings top-level coaching to help kids build speed, agility, and confidence in a fun and encouraging environment.

It’s the perfect opportunity for young athletes looking to stay conditioned for sports, get strong, and make new friends.

The Details
⏰️ Time: 6:30-8:00 PM
📍Where: Big Rock Sports Fields
🗓 When: Sessions will be held most Mondays & Wednesdays from June 8–July 29
🙌 Who: Open to all community youth ages 8-14
🔥100% FREE!

What to Bring & Wear
To ensure everyone stays safe and has the best time possible, please make sure your child
comes prepared with:
👟Running Shoes: Essential for safety, speed, and agility drills (no sandals, crocs, or
flip-flops, please!).
💧Water Bottle: High-energy workouts mean hydration is a must! Please bring a full water
bottle labeled with your child's name.

It’s one of our absolute favorite traditions! We want all of our Jr. Red Wolves athletes to come out, march the route, and ride along on the awesome Traxx truck to show the valley what our spirit is all about!

Here is everything you need to know for Saturday, June 6th:
⏰ Check-In: 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM
📍 Where: Near the Subway at Copper Hill Square (by the Traxx truck).
🚗 Tip: Traffic gets crazy! Plan a back route for drop-off.
🛑 Parents: Please confirm your child's check-out plan with us when you drop them off.
👕 What to Wear:
Football: Jerseys, Red Wolves spirit wear, or crimson & black!
Cheer: Red Wolves spirit wear or crimson & black (no official uniforms, please!). We'll supply the poms!
👋 Pick-Up: Along 1st Ave & Stella Street near the Duvall Fire Station immediately following the parade.

What an incredible day on the field! A massive THANK YOU to all the amazing athletes, families, coaches, and volunteers who made the 2026 Skills Combine such a huge success.

From watching the football players crush the agility drills to seeing the cheer squad rock their new routine the energy was unmatched!

We loved seeing so many new and returning faces out there, but the fun is just getting
started.
