Do you find it hard to get going or staying consistent with your health and fitness goals? 👇🏼👇🏼
You want to feel better, have more energy, get rid of that belly fat and feel confident in your body again, but…..😫
A common question I hear is⬇️
Why is it so hard to GET STARTED when it comes to my health & fitness?😔
✅Step 1: Figure out your “Why”. Why is this important to me? How will I feel having more energy and what will I be able to do that I can’t now?
✅ Step 2: Figure out what (if anything) is stopping you.
✅Step 3: Use your “Why” as your guiding light.🔦
Yes, I know that sounds too simple, but let me break it down for you.
There are lots of reasons that roadblocks can pop up between you and your goals:
* Fear
* Lack of knowledge
* Social or relationship pressures
* Imposter syndrome (thinking the goal is for other people – not you)
* Your Think Your Too Old to Start
* Inertia
It can help to spend time thinking about what's REALLY stopping you... maybe try journaling or talking it out with a friend or coach…
… and then figuring out your next step.
Maybe it's doing some research, looking that fear in the face, or realizing that you DO deserve vibrant health and fitness.😍
But the real key is TAKING ACTION anyway.
Do JUST ONE THING that will help you reach your goal (TODAY!):
🚶♀️ Go for a walk
💪🏼 Do a workout
🥗 Make a healthy meal choice
🛌 Go to bed early
💦 Choose water instead of soda
And just keep taking action & follow your guiding light!
Over time it will get easier as your confidence builds and you start feeling more energized and fit.
Remember ladies, you’re not too old. You’re not too out of shape and it’s not to late to start.❤️
