EMOMs are great. you can control time, volume, load, and intensity pretty easily.
you don’t only have to use kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, even calisthenics work great. (If you do use calisthenics and it still feels a bit too easy, throw on a weight vest or a backpack full of whatever heavy things you can find).
