After a month off from the challenges to enjoy the summer and relax a little, it’s time to get back to work. and are back at it with an August challenge we can all compete in. This month it’s about the cardio and consistency. We’ve included two challenges with two levels of difficulty. Find your level, jump in, and post at least once a week. Everyone who finishes the challenge this month, we will provide a Tshirt too. All you have to do is post with it on and shout us out. It’s our way of saying thanks and show gratitude for riding with us for all these years.

May is mental health month and another chance to participate in a challenge to help with the cause. In April we’ve had 6 people complete the 30/65 mile challenge and that’s $300 dollars as promised to Autism Speaks. ($50 per person). We will do the same for mental health in May.
The May challenge is 31 miles. We’re challenging you to get outside and free your mind for one mile a day. For everyone who completes the challenge I’m going to make a donation of $10 to Youth Well-Being. Let’s raise this money for a great cause.
