8:00am- Teams can arrive, team set-up, warm-up area opens, Judges arrive
8:05am- Judges meeting- review events and flow for the day
8:30am- Team Check-In (office)
8:45am- Welcome Announcements, Event 1 break down, questions
9:00am- Event 1: “Cardio is Hardio” Heat 1 (M/M RX, F/F RX)
9:20am- Event 1: “Cardio is Hardio” Heat 2 (M/M Scaled, F/F Scaled)
9:40am- Event 1 score calculations, Event 2 set-up, Event 2 explanation and warm-up
10:00am- Event 2: “DT Trouble” Heat 1
10:20am- Event 2: “DT Trouble” Heat 2
10:40am- Event 2 score calculations, Event 3 set-up, Event 3 explanation and warm-up
11:00am- Event 3: “KB Hill” Heat 1
11:20am- Event 3: “KB Hill” Heat 2
11:40am- Event 3 score calculations, Event 4/5 set-up, Event 4/5 explanation + warm-up
12:00pm- Event 4/5: “That is Assault” Heat 1
12:20pm- Event 4/5: “That is Assault” Heat 2
12:40pm- Total calculations, Finals set-up (top 4), Finals explanation + warm-up + strategy
1:00pm- Finals
1:20pm- Awards presentation
1:30pm- After party at To***co Wood Brewing (next door)
