Heyyy!!! 😎 Happy Weightlifting Wednesday. 🏋🏾‍♀️ Some people call it “HumpDay,” because it’s the 1/2 way mark for the week. The Bodypump class will remain on YMCA schedule without any interruptions every Wednesday. Today wasn’t my time teaching Bodypump, but was my 1st Wednesday class at 6pm. Hey!!! 😎 Today was nothing short of amazing. It was a WWE type of smack down workout with Meladie on today. This workout is for everyone. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness people are all welcome. We had so much fun, laughter and dancing. If you missed today’s event, don’t worry more WWE events are coming back again soon. Heyy!!! 😎 It’s Friday ya’ll and I am beyond blessed. I am on a new journey and my soul is on fire. 🔥 The inner part of me is realizing that beautiful is not just how you look on the outside, what you put on, or really anything materialistic. If, I am not happy and whole inwardly, what you see on the outside is a just a facade. On this Mother’s Day, I am loving the beauty of being a women, a mother, and moving in the path that I am, because of the God in me. 🙏🏾 It’s the little things that matter the most. I am so grateful to have given two queens their flowers now. Tonnie and Ms. Patricia share the same birthday and were two of the people, I was able to give flowers to for Mothers Day. 💐The other flowers given to a few Mothers at a nursing facility, I teach chair exercise classes at each week. Happy Mothers Day to all the Moms.

Hey!!! 😎 My phone is kinda like an encyclopedia to me. 🤗 It’s keeps track over the years of all of the amazing pictures and videos I have taken. Yess!!! Pray for me, I have over 80,000 pictures and videos on my phone. 😱 My friends, like really my friend’s friends know I am always going to take pictures and videos of every encounter we share. 💕 Yes!!! I’m going to support and post all about you. Today, my beautiful, curly locs, red head, smart, gifted, blessed, former ZJ and all around an amazing freaking person Trista old flyer and highlight video from an event we did in December 2024 came up. 😱 Former ZJ Meladie was at Trista’s event almost 2 years ago. Meladie has evolved and grown in her own power, a new dance format. 🙌🏾 Come join us for the WWE Dance party with Meladie on Saturday, May 16th. Please see flyers below.
