Here’s how you know you don’t lack clarity. You lack safety.

When your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, perception narrows.
You don’t see options — you scan for danger.

So instead of clarity, you get overthinking.
Instead of intuition, you get urgency.

You replay conversations.
You second-guess decisions.
You feel like something is wrong, but you can’t name what.

There are two ways of living:
✨ from safety — where things feel simple and obvious
⚠️ from survival — where everything feels confusing

Clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder.
It comes when your body finally feels safe enough to see.
